We want you to love your Avae activewear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Underwear, socks, and sale items cannot be returned
How to Return
Option 1: Self-service (recommended)
- Log in to your account
- Find your order and select the items you want to return
- Choose a return reason and submit your request
- Once approved, you will receive our return address via email
- Ship your return using tracked shipping (return shipping is at your own expense)
Option 2: Via email
- Email returns@avaewear.com with your order number
- We will send you our return address and instructions within 1 business day
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return using tracked shipping (return shipping is at your own expense)
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us at returns@avaewear.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@avaewear.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
