Returns
How to Return
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days to return your items.

Select items
Choose the items, pick a reason, and submit your return request.
Ship your return
Arrange return shipping yourself. We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.
Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be attached
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Underwear, socks, and sale items cannot be returned
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at returns@avaewear.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.
