We'll email you a free return label within 1 business day.
Pack & drop off
Pack your items and drop off at any PostNL point. Refund within 5-10 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be attached
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Underwear, socks, and sale items cannot be returned
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at returns@avaewear.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost.
