2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly as they appear in real life.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely through Mollie.
If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and other EU countries. Orders are shipped via PostNL through our shipping partner SendCloud. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. For full details, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
