Born in Amsterdam, Built for Movement
Avae Wear was born from a simple observation: the activewear market was missing something. There was plenty of performance gear designed purely for function, and plenty of fashion-forward pieces that fell apart after a few washes. But there was a gap where feminine strength meets soft power, where looking good and training hard are not competing priorities but one and the same.
We started in Amsterdam. From cyclists cutting through morning fog to runners tracing the canals at sunrise, this city shaped how we think about movement. And the clothes you wear while doing it should reflect who you are, not force you to choose between style and substance.
Why “We Move As One”
Our tagline is more than a slogan. It is a promise. When we say “We Move As One,” we mean that every woman who wears Avae is part of a community of athletes, creators, and everyday women who refuse to shrink themselves to fit someone else’s idea of strength.
It shows up in the way you carry yourself through a heavy set, the way you walk into a room after a morning run, the way you choose to show up for yourself every single day.
Building a Community, Not Just a Brand
From day one, we have been community-first. Our team of athletes and creators are not just ambassadors, they are co-creators. They test every piece, give honest feedback, and shape the direction of our collections.
Through our WhatsApp community and Creator Course, we are building a space where women support women. Where your training partner might live in a different country, but she understands exactly why you got up at six in the morning to move.
The Enhance Collection: Our First Chapter
