At Avae Wear, our athletes are not hired to post a photo and move on. They are the heartbeat of this brand. Every product decision, every design choice, every campaign concept, our athletes are in the room, shaping what Avae becomes. When we say “We Move As One,” we mean it literally. This brand moves because they do.
A Team of 10 Women Who Show Up
Our athlete team is a diverse group of ten women from the Netherlands and beyond. They are gym athletes, runners, content creators, and everyday women who share one thing: they show up. Not just when it is easy or convenient, but consistently. They train hard, they support each other, and they hold this brand to the highest standard.
What makes our team different is authenticity. We do not cast athletes based on follower counts or highlight reels. We look for women who embody the Avae spirit, confident without being loud, strong without needing to prove it, and genuinely passionate about supporting other women in fitness.
The WhatsApp Community
Our athletes are connected through a private WhatsApp community where real conversations happen. Training wins, honest product feedback, content ideas, and the kind of support that goes beyond brand obligations. This is where the culture of Avae lives, in the daily check-ins, the shared workout clips, and the genuine friendships that have formed.
The Creator Course
Being an Avae athlete comes with more than free gear. We invest in our team through a dedicated Creator Course that covers content creation, personal branding, and building an authentic online presence. We believe that when our athletes grow, the entire community grows with them. It is not about creating influencers, it is about giving women tools they can use long after any partnership ends.
Diversity at the Core
Our team represents different body types, different backgrounds, different training styles, and different stories. Activewear should work for every woman, and the only way to make sure of that is to have every woman at the table during the design process. Our athletes test every piece in real training conditions and their feedback directly shapes the final product.
